I’m most fulfilled when I’m defining career development paths and competencies, developing curriculum maps, designing peer support programs, and coaching employees—especially new managers—to identify their own superpowers (and the superpowers of those they work with). I’m at my most energized when working at the intersection of the highly analytical and extremely creative: partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to execute on goals that have major transformational impact on the business and individuals.
